International A-Levels are the international version of A-Levels in the UK. A-levels are the secondary school leaving qualification achieved by students completing secondary school between the ages of 16 and 18. Available in a range of subjects from a range of awarding bodies, these courses are the best and most secure way for students to get entry to a university.

The assessment method for International A-Levels is slightly more variable than in the UK. The student has the option of either studying the course in a modular way, with sitting the AS examinations in one examination period and then the subsequent sitting of the A2 element of the examinations in the following examination period. International A-Levels have more examination periods available in comparison to UK A-Levels.

International A-Level qualifications hold the same weight when it comes to university applications, whether you sit your examinations for the UK A-Levels or International A-Levels, your results will be viewed and weighted by universities using the UCAS points system.
