Enrol

If you haven’t studied for a while or you are new to studying online you may be asking yourself ‘how do I enrol?’ Sometimes the online world can be quite daunting or confusing, especially when it concerns something as important as your education and future.

Usually, the enrolment process for any online college is straightforward and simple. At Open College we have tried to make the enrolment process take no more than 10 minutes for any of our students, the world is busy and confusing enough without making progressing your learning harder!

So first things first, you need to select the course you would like to study, Open College have A-Levels, Diplomas, GCSEs and Shortcourses all available for studying online. Be sure to check the entry requirements for the course, you don’t want to enrol onto a course that you don’t have the correct previous qualifications for. As a general rule, courses up to Level 3/A-Level don’t usually have any entry requirements, other than being over 16 and having a good understanding of English. For higher level Diplomas (BTEC Level 4 and up), you will usually need the previous level below as a qualification level to be able to study the course.

Remember, if you select to study a course that has a final examination attached, you need to make sure you know when the next examination period is and ensure you have enough time to fully study and cover the course materials before then. You don’t want to put yourself at a disadvantage before you have even begun studying!

Next important decision to make before you enrol onto the course is how you’re going to pay for it. With Open College you have the option of paying via interest free instalments, over a split payment or paying in full. To make your life even easier, payment for the course can be made by any major credit or debit card.

Not sure about your course choice? Well there is no need to worry, all online courses come with a 14 day money back guarantee, so if you’re not happy with your choice and its within 14 days, you can either change your course or cancel your studies.
