The Level 2 Certificate in Equality and Diversity is a great qualification for anyone working or looking to work within Office Administration or Human Resources. The course allows for students to gain a better understanding of the issues around stereotyping, prejudice and discrimination, to identify the basic rights that all people should enjoy.
The purpose of the course is to raise awareness within the workplace of the issues surrounding equality and diversity and demonstrate this awareness through their actions in the workplace. This course is a RQF qualification.
The Level 2 Certificate in Equality and Diversity course will focus on three modules of study as follows:
- Module 1: Equality and diversity in the society (6 credits)
- Module 2: Equality and diversity in the community (6 credits)
- Module 3: Equality and diversity in the workplace (6 credits)
The course will be assessed by submission of completed assessments to your course tutor.
